Céline Lelièvre

Céline Lelièvre is Avocat à la Cour, registered with the Luxembourg Bar since 2001. She has been registered with the bar of the canton of Vaud as an EU lawyer since 2015. For 20 years, she has supported her clients, mainly companies, in their daily business, from their creation with the drafting of articles of association and shareholders' agreements to the implementation of their commercial contracts (general conditions of sale, distribution agreements, franchises, etc.). She also advises them in the management of HR issues, from the beginning to the end of the employment relationship, both with regard to labor law itself (contract drafting, modification, termination and management of disputes), and for questions relating to the granting of work and / or residence permits, as well as issues of their social coverage, particularly when transnational questions arise.

Having been involved in files in the field of telecommunications, she also has particular expertise in public procurement laws and regulations.

Céline Lelièvre holds a DEA in Private Law from the University of Nancy II in France. She has been registered with the Luxembourg Bar since 2001 where she still practices, both as counsel and as litigator. She holds a mediator's diploma issued by the University of Geneva and is trained in collaborative law. She is a member of the Collaborative Law Commission of the Vaud Bar Association.

Before joining Mercuris Avocats, Céline Lelièvre practiced for many years in Luxembourg, first in a firm specializing in new technologies, media and Telecom. She then created her own firm focused on business law, then joined Mercuris Avocats in Lausanne.
