David Cavadini

David Cavadini is an attorney acting in the field of litigation. He supports, assists, and represents private and corporate clients in case of disputes, notably regarding debt collection and bankruptcy matters, persons and family law, contract law, employment law, tenancy law, general and economic criminal law and also land use law.

His perspective when advising clients is to find practical, long-term solutions based on their needs and interests.

David Cavadini completed his law studies at the University of Geneva and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2018.

He trained as an attorney at Bär & Karrer SA’s litigation department in Geneva, where he continued to work as a qualified attorney.

In 2020, David Cavadini joined Stéphane Voisard and Maxime Rocafort at Étude VR Avocats Associés, subsequently joining Mercuris Avocats in 2021 with them.

David Cavadini is a member of the Bar Council of Geneva (ODAGE) and the Swiss Bar Association (SBA).
