David Perlotto

As tax advisor, David Perlotto focuses his practice in the fields of Swiss and international corporate taxation as well as individual taxation.

Through his professional background, David Perlotto has extensive experience in international corporate taxation, transfer pricing issues, tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as individual taxation.Before joining Lexartis Avocats (now Mercuris Avocats), David Perlotto worked for nearly 15 years as tax director of various multinational companies active in the technology, chemicals and pharmaceutical sectors. As part of his roles and responsibilities at the multinational companies, David Perlotto was in charge of tax affairs in the EMEA, LATAM, and ASIA regions. He also helped set up European headquarters in Switzerland, dealing with transfer pricing and international taxation issues. David Perlotto began his career with the Cantonal Tax Administration of Vaud, where he gained solid experience in Swiss taxation of individuals and legal entities.

In addition to his B.A in Economics degree from the University of Lausanne, David Perlotto has a Master's degree in International Tax Law from the University of Leiden.

David Perlotto is also lecturer in the taxation of individuals with EXPERTsuisse SA, a training organization for Swiss tax experts.
