Martine Loertscher is a lawyer experienced in the legal support of human resources. She has more than 15 years of experience in labor law in Switzerland and at European level (global employment contracts, restructuring, litigation, individual dismissals in Switzerland and in European countries, work permit, expatriation, payroll, drafting of internal regulations etc.).
Through her professional background, Martine Loertscher also has solid experience in business law, including the drafting of all types of contracts, litigation in relation to business law, as well as the establishment of companies and their subsidiaries.
Before joining Lexartis Avocats (now Mercuris Avocats) as a partner, Martine Loertscher worked for 9 years in the legal department of Logitech Europe SA as Senior Manager in charge of legal advice to human resources and the establishment of new companies in EMEA. Previously, she worked as a lawyer in the RWB Avocats, Lausanne (previously Suter & Associés, Lausanne, member of the Landwell network) as well as KPMG Legal Lausanne.
She has also practiced law in Geneva for several years, in addition to her law degree from the University of Lausanne.
